Greenville, SC Mark Wednesday February 21, 2007 on your calendar because that's the day you can catch BFGoodrich tires in action during the much-anticipated $100,000 winner-take-all Forza Motorsport Showdown premiering on SPEED at 11 p.m. ET! BFGoodrich Tires, in a joint project with SPEED, Microsoft game studios and its Xbox 360 brand, is proud to sponsor the Forza Motorsport Showdown. This four episode mini-series follows a diverse group of racers through a rigorous roster of competitive motorsports disciplines such as drifting, road racing, autocross and drag racing - in a $100,000 winner-take-all format. 
As a sponsor for the series, BFGoodrich equipped each vehicle participating in the showdown with high-performing BFGoodrich g-Force T/A® KDW tires, and racers were given the opportunity to upgrade to BFGoodrich g-Force T/A® KD and g-Force T/A® Drag Radial tires. BFGoodrich also provided on-site logistical support to racers during competition, and is also the providing sponsor of the $100,000 prize money one lucky racer will receive at the show's conclusion.
The Forza Motorsport Showdown mini-series is inspired by the award-winning game, Forza Motorsports 2, and brings to life many elements of the on-line game, challenging players to the ultimate test of high-performance driving and mechanical skills.
